As manufacturers for the building and construction industry, we at Spartan Doors are always on the lookout for ways to improve our products and to introduce new services to increase the simplicity of our for our customers. One such instance of this is when a customer asked us to provide 8 profiled, pre-hung security doors and frames for a Pump Station project in Victoria.
The customer had a requirement where they needed these doors to be profiled and pre-hung to make the installation process on-site significantly easier and more efficient, especially for the Bulwark 2000 doors that we provided for the project, which are clad in Colorbond Steel.
Spartan Doors provided all the doors for this project, from the semi-solid core doors and the security Bulwark 2000 doors with the hinge rebates, mortice lock cutouts (including the spindle and cylinder preparations on the face of the door) and the doors were pre-hung inside of the frame. This made installation on-site much easier, more efficient and saves clean up time on-site.
